We aim to complete your framing within two weeks, and we will make contact by text or phone on completion. If there is supply issues we will contact you. We have no cash refund policy and after your artwork is booked in,  regardless of reason for cancelling then a credit note will be offered.  On completion we ask that completed work is collected within 10 days due to storage space. A storage charge of £5.00 per week will be added on work which is not collected within two months. If your framed artwork is not collected then after 12 months it will become property of the business (regardless of any payment made) and will be resold to recoup costs or disposed of.
